The
City Manager is the administrative head of the Sanford City government. The
City Manager is responsible to the City Council for the efficient administration
of all departments under his supervision.
The Manager carries out the duties, policies, and assignments set by
Charter, Code of Ordinances, and Council.
The manager supervises personnel and oversees the day-to-day functions
of the City.
