code also pertains to residential structures, which
have been or will be annexed into the city.

Enforcement Supervisor?
The Code Enforcement Supervisor is authorized to
exercise such powers as may be necessary or convenient
or carry out and effectuate the purpose and provisions
of the Minimum Housing Code.
The Code Enforcement Supervisor has the following
powers and duties:
To enter on premises for the purpose of examination,
inspection and survey, at all reasonable times, to
determine fitness for habitation.
When permission to inspect a dwelling or its premises
is denied, the Code Enforcement Supervisor must obtain
a warrant to conduct inspections.
To take action with appropriate departments and agencies,
public and private, as may be necessary to effect
rehabilitation of housing that is deteriorated.
To keep a record of the results of inspections made
and an inventory of those dwellings that do not meet
the minimum standard of fitness.
To examine, witnesses, and receive evidence.
