When permission to inspect a dwelling or its premises is denied, the Code Enforcement Supervisor must obtain a warrant to conduct inspections. To take action with appropriate departments and agencies, public and private, as may be necessary to effect rehabilitation of housing that is deteriorated. To keep a record of the results of inspections made and an inventory of those dwellings that do not meet the minimum standard of fitness. To examine, witnesses, and receive evidence. |
