Column A. Applicant’s Deadline for Submission to TRC meeting – This date reflects the deadline date in which all materials shall be submitted to Community Development staff in order for distribution to Technical Review Committee participants.  All required information shall be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date to the 900 Woodland Avenue Office.

Column B. TRC Meeting Dates – This date reflects the scheduled date of the actual TRC meeting.  All meetings are scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. and shall be conducted within the West End Conference Room of City Hall located at 225 East Weatherspoon Street.

Column C. Deadline for next Planning Board Meeting – This date is the deadline date for submission of all materials for consideration on the next Planning Board’s agenda.  Please note that projects requiring revisions based on TRC comments shall not be placed on a Planning Board agenda until such revisions are deemed complete by appropriate TRC staff. 

Column D. Planning Board Meeting – This date reflects the scheduled date of the earliest respective Planning Board meeting.  City of Sanford Planning Board meetings are conducted in the West End Conference Room of City Hall and begin on or after 7:00 p.m.* Lee County Planning Board meetings are conducted in the Old Lee County Courthouse, Courtroom No. 4, located at 1408 South Horner Blvd. and begin on or after 7:00 p.m.*
