Village of Cumnock, LLC – Annexation and  Rezoning Request

The Sanford/Lee County Community Development Dept. held a Public Information meeting on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at the Dennis Wicker Civic & Conference Center regarding the proposed annexation and rezoning of property owned by Village of Cumnock, LLC.

The subject property is located off of US Hwy 421, Cumnock Road, Cotten Road, and Zimmerman Road in the Cumnock community.
