Service Offsite Solutions (SOS), a building products company headquartered in Raleigh, NC, will open a new facility in Lee County, Governor Roy Cooper announced today. The company plans to occupy a newly constructed state-of-the art, 240,000 square foot manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facility in Lee County, creating 235 jobs at an average annual salary of more than $50,400. The total investment at the site will be $11.8 million dollars.

These products bring greater consistency, lower costs and higher quality while also significantly reducing cycle time. The company’s unique processes and high-tech equipment allows for less than 2 millimeters of tolerance from ridge to ground constructed on site in less than 48 hours, reducing framing times from 12 days to 2 days.
