Watch Party Today for The Voice Season Finale

Mayor Chet Mann, Sanford City Council, and Downtown Sanford, Inc. will co-host a Watch Party for Britton Buchanan in Depot Park this evening (May 21).

Music and food will begin at 6:30 p.m. The show starts at 8:00 p.m. Britton's family will bring themed t-shirts that will be available for purchase.

The party will open with the Lee County High School Stage Band. After the Stage Band, Nakia Latrelle, Ravenne Escobar, and Joshua Konklin will perform with a community band.

Curbside Cravins and NC Wings & Things will be set up onsite along with Hugger Mugger Brewing Company. Karma Coffee and Sandra’s Bakery will also participate.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. The fountain will be running during the event, so bring a towel for water play.

In case of rain, the event will be held in the auditorium at Lee County High School starting at 6:30 p.m.

We hope everyone will come root on our hometown boy at this free, family friendly, public event. For more information about the watch party, contact Kelly Miller at 919-777-1133.
