Public Input Session Tonight for Draft Future Land Use PlanLee County, the City of Sanford,
and the Town of Broadway
will hold a public drop-in session tonight to gather input on the Draft Future Land Use Plan
This will be an informal drop-in session without a formal presentation. Consultants and local staff will be on hand to highlight components of the draft plan, answer questions, and take public comments about the plan.
The Future Land Use Plan is intended to serve as both a physical and policy plan to guide each jurisdiction over the next 10 to 20 years. The plan will focus on helping elected officials and citizens make informed decisions concerning how the jurisdictions would like to grow and redevelop.
