You can now submit most zoning permits online through our CSS Self-Service Portal. By registering with our Self-Service Portal, you can manage all your permits and inspections through a centralized dashboard. Please note that you will have to make an account using your name, phone number, and email address. The self-service portal allows you to:
•Apply for most zoning permits (including new residential construction, home additions, mobile food vendor permits, and minor subdivision applications).
•Monitor the status of your applications and permits.
•Receive system notification emails throughout the review and permitting process.
•Upload and attached documents to your permit applications during the process.
•Conveniently pay any associated permit fees online.
