Starting May 1, the City of Sanford will offer a new, convenient, and user-friendly online payment system for our customers.
The improved interface will allow customers to pay their bills faster and easier. Customers will be able to access the new system using the same information they provided previously.
“We are excited about these changes and they reflect our continual commitment to providing a superior customer service experience,” says City Manager Hal Hegwer. “We recognize that customers want flexibility, convenience, and a user-friendly experience. We believe these new features achieve those goals.”
