This is to give notice that the Sanford city Council will hold an emergency meeting on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 5PM, in the Council Chambers Conference Room, at the Sanford Municipal Center, located at 225 E Weatherspoon Street, for the sole purpose of a closed session, in accordance with NCGS 143.318(11)(a)(1). To prevent the disclosure of information that is privilege or confidential pursuant to the law of this State or of the United States, or not considered a public record within the meaning of Chapter 132 of the General Statues. The City Council shall open the meeting in the Council Chambers and a motion shall be made in open session to go into closed session.
