The Sanford/Lee County Inspections Division’s online portal for permits and inspections will go offline at 5:00 p.m. today for upgrades. The portal will be online starting Tuesday at 8:00 a.m.
The upgrade will simplify the permitting and inspections process by offering more options for staff to manage online submittals. Users will be able to complete more of the process online, from submission through payment.
Following the upgrade, users will be directed to a new authentication service. Those already using the system should register with the same email address as previously provided to ensure access to past cases.
During this scheduled downtime, no users will be able to apply for, pay for, or schedule permits and inspections.
