This RFLOI is to solicit responses (LETTERS of INTEREST, or LOIs) from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services to:
PROPOSED CONTRACT SCOPE SUMMARY:
Provide PS&E package (Planning, Environmental Documentation, Design Specifications, Utility Relocation, Right of Way Acquisition, Contract Proposal & Engineering Estimate) to Design and Construct the Fields Drive sidewalk from S. Horner Blvd. to James Street (on the north side of Fields Drive) and from Carthage Street to Hooker Street (on the south side of Fields Drive).
PROJECT WORK ELEMENTS AND SERVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: UTILITY RELOCATION AND COORDINATION, PREPARATION OF RIGHT OF WAY PLANS, PREPARATION OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT PROPOSAL AND ESTIMATES, NEPA DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE.
