Facilities seeks to promote and support a high quality of life for the residents of Sanford by providing professional, efficient, and cost effective services in the areas of general maintenance and repairs to municipal property.
Duties
The Division is responsible for the maintenance of all municipal structures and storage buildings. The Division also administers the contracts for HVAC, pest control, and janitorial services, as well as any other facility needs.
Municipal facilities include:
- Sanford Municipal Center
- Public Works Service Center
- Sanford Fire Department locations
- Water Filtration Facility
- Water Reclamation Facility
