Description

The Sanford Parks Commission is an advisory group of citizens with particular interests related to promoting the creation, development, and use of municipal parks. The members represent and communicate the needs and interests of park visitors and neighbors to park management and city leaders. As such, the Commission is essentially a forum for discussion and a vehicle for communication and promotion of the city’s park needs and activities.
